  13. So Monday Aug 6th was my first day back at work since getting sleeved on July 2nd. I wake up at 5:30am to make it to work by 8am.. I get home between 5-6pm which means dinner is done by 6-7pm. I am so exhausted that by the time I eat all I want is to lay down and rest and hopefully fall asleep and get my full 7-8 hours of rest. I know we are suppose to stay active for at least 2 hours after eating but how does everyone do this??? I could barely keep my eyes open
  14. Omg same thing with me... Sleeved July 2nd...started at 211 lbs. I just went back to work Monday Aug 6th at 181lbs and somehow within this week I've seemed to gain 2 lbs. I don't get it I speed walk to the train station... Go up and down stairs trying to connect to the other train and for lunch I walk around for 30-60 mins.. My water intake has gone up since I keep a few bottles on my desk and I'm not eating anymore than I was on leave... May turn to liquids if I don't see progress soon
  15. I'm sorry can someone tell me what slimming is??? I kinda had the same experience with TILAPIA yesterday, I had to stop eating and literally wait half hr and I can feel it going down the whole time. Was so glad when I drank something to get it down. I thought maybe I didn't chew enough
  16. For dinner tonight I am making whole chicken. Baked in the NuWave oven. I am 2 weeks post op today and will be moved to pureed/soft foods on Wednesday.... My question is is it considered cheating that I ate the liver? I figured since its a mushy consistency it should be fine, plus Im sure its a good source of Iron and protein...and I'm tolerating it pretty well
