I've never done this but I hear it very beneficial to a diet. And that afterwards u will feel a big difference and be 5-10lbs lighter? Has anyone done this since surgery?

If you are doing the liquid portion of the diet, you are already cleansing... I can assure you, there is nothing left in there that the body hasn't either absorbed or expelled... if you're worried about doing it again? Do the 5 day pouch test... that will do the same thing..
