3 Weeks Out

Hi everyone! I am 3 weeks out today. So far I have healed fine and feel good about my decision. I have my wtf was I thinking moments, ex: when I ate or drank a little too fast. I know though that I am just at the beginning of this process and it will get easier. I am glad to have found this site and look forward to talking with you and learning from everyone.

3 1/2 weeks for me. I am still struggling with the eating and drinking too fast. You think I would learn. LOL

4 weeks out here and still having to force myself to drink ! I, too, have learned what it feels like to literally foam at the mouth so I'm very cautious cause it sucks !!! Personally, I think anyone who has NOT had that WTF did I do to myself thought just ain't quite right.... :P

I'm 3 weeks out. I do understand what you guys are talking about. Now I keep going crazy thinking that the sleeve will not work. I had a great surgery with a excellent recovery so I guess that's why I'm going crazy with crazy thoughts.

Thank you all for replying. It is nice to be able to talk to people who can relate.I don't know anyone who has personally had the sleeve, and everyone else who hasn't had surgery thinks that this is an easy fix and that nothing is hard. I try to pay them no mind, because in the end I did this for myself.

I know what y'all mean I am 3 weeks out to day I be have wtf all time so I know how is but it driving me crazy

I am 3.5 weeks out n I have not said nor thought nething bad about my decision... no regrets here!!!!

I haven't had bad thoughts either. I just worry that it wont work. Just early out jitters I guess. I wasnt nervous about any of the this, and haven't had any problems. Just going crazy. Maybe I need to go back to work. Lol

Ive lost 18 since surgery

At my post op appt, which was 8 days after surgery, I had lost a total of 20 pounds. 2 weeks later I am only down 8 more pounds. Whats up with that? I do see a difference though, so I am not sure why the numbers aren't showing :(

Thats good youve both seen a reduction over each week! I was only taking in Protein with very very low carb, honestly I thought it would be impossible for me to not lose weight with how low my carbs were. Guess my bodies adjusting to the 19 lbs I lost the first week. I am praying my weightloss will start back up this week though, im so discouraged!
