Muscle Milk

I recently discovered Muscle Milk. It's 25g of protein with only 9g of carbs (14 oz total). Does anyone else use Muscle Milk. Just want to make sure it's a good product before I buy a big bottle of it, lol.

Yup its the only kind I drink. Easy to find in ready to drink bottles at Walmart or you can find deals online for the bigger bottles with 32 g's of protein. I like the Strawberry and Vanilla which Wal Mart carries. Online you can find Cookies N Cream and Banana Cream. Even though it says it has 9g's of carbs, it only has like 1 gram of sugar

I love muscle milk! I haven't tried the powder, just the RTD from Walmart. It's delish! Does not take like a protein drink. More like one of this vanilla flavored candy bar drinks (I don't know who makes them..but they come in flavors like mars, caramilk).

i used the RTD for my pre op...the no sugar added one .....now after my surgery my stomach doesnt like it. i feel horriblysick afterwards. but i did enjoy them on pre op.....well except for hating them :D but they weren't bad.

Thanks for the recommendations! I just picked up a bottle at WaWa and it looked promising. Can anyone recommend a good protein bar. I'm going to Costco next week.

Muscle milk is the only protein shake that I will drink. I buy it in powder form because the pre-made drinks tend to taste different and not as good. They also have a light version and it's very good also. I buy the regular MM and add 1 scoop to 8 oz of milk. It's by far the best tasting protein shake I've ever tasted and I've tasted several different kinds.

I haven't dared to try regular or light yet. The number if calories scare me.

I choose the MM/light in Cafe Latte...also nice 'in' your cooled morning coffee!

It only has 170 calories in the regular RTD form

My other protein drinks (like Isopure) has 100. I'm eating around 450-500 calories a day, so 170 really adds up super fast.

I tried muscle milk post-sleeve and sleeve got upset at it. Made me "sick" for about an hour. I don't trust it now and will stick with nectar or matrix shakes. I had the no sugar version.

Did you mix it with milk? I recently just discovered that if I mix my protein powder with milk it makes me deathly ill. So I tried one day mixing it with water and I was fine!! Good luck to you!!

I tried mixing the protein powder with milk yesterday and it was terrible. I almost cried for joy when I finished it. I did water today and it was much better.

No, I didn't mix anything. I bought a RTD version from a gas station and drank it.

I have used muscle milk because I am lactose intolerant. I love it. I think it taste great. I got the light version.
