Month Check-Up Today!

Hello fellow sleevers

I had my one month post-op visit today and I did not gain but I also didn't lose any more weight over the past two weeks. I found out some interesting information out... The nurse and NUT said that I am just coming out of what they call the dreaded week 3 and 4 stall. They said most patients do the same thing and going forward this should no longer be an issue... Wondered if some of the newest sleevers were aware of this and wanted to share the info!!! Happy losing

Yep, that is the dreaded 3 week stall. You will probably have a few more, but you will survive. You are a surviver! Keep it up!

  • Thanks for the heads up.... I am only 3 days out.
