As The Stomach Rumbles....

Is anyone else experiencing loud rumblings after eating? How embarrassing sitting in a meeting & this happens! I know I didn't eat fast at all & I always wait 1/2 hour to drink....

    One night mine made all sorts of noise! Discovered it was the one shake I was drinking because it did it again the next night. Hasn't since because I haven't had that shake. Almost couldn't hear the tv!
