This Is It! Surgery Day!

In 3 more hours I will be going in for my sleeve. I'm not scared at all. I AM READY. I know that this is just the beginning of a new lifelong journey. I kept hearing the hardest part was the pre op diet. Mine was one week of protein and water and I breezed through that with no cheating. I hope that's no indication that I havent had my "hard part" yet. Well God is with me. I see you guys on the losers side!!

Surgery went well they said. I stayed in the bed all day and night in excruciating pain. I guess I am one that can not take pain. The nausea was extremely bad also. Today is day two in the hospital and I will probably go home tomorrow or friday. Im still taking pain meds and meds for the nausea every 4 hours but I feel its getting better.
