I'm 8 days out and went back on Monday. Was so tired that I went to see my GP for a B-12 shot for a burst of energy. To put it mildly, she was FURIOUS that I had returned to work so soon. She reminded me that I had just gone through major abdominal surgery and that the body needs time to heal. As a result of that conversation, I have cut back my hours at work and plan on taking most of next week off.

Good luck!!!!

I take B12 sublingual vitamins daily. You can get them at most grocery stores and vitamin shops

In the beginning, I noticed that on days I didn't drink enough, I was the weakest. Still, when I'm feeling weak, I just make it a fluids only day with G2 low cal Gatorade, broths, sf popsicles, and protein shakes. By the next day, I'm usually feeling a lot better. Yesterday was one of those days for me. Hope you guys feel better.

I am 4 wks out and still have weak days every now and then and i've noticed its on days I don't quite get my fluids in. I'll feel dizzy and have a slight h/a when i stand up and walk. If i increase my fluids it passes.
