Omg!

I don't know what happened. I was eating a popsicle and all of the.sudden I felt pressure on my chest almost like a balloon going up my throat but painful, the pressure was bad and then burping and pain close to the heart... Was that heartburn? I'm scared. I walked around.burned and it went away.

But did you eat or drink close to eating the Popsicle? What you describe is how I feel after 2 bites of tuna. I'm two weeks out today.

I drank my Protein and took my pills. I'll be out 2 weeks on Thursday. Should I be concerned?

It was probably too soon after your pills and Protein. I'd wait longer between, give it at least a half hour/45 mins before you have something after the protein.

You know you are right. I actually took all my Vitamins at once. I'll slow down or at least take them thru out the day.

Do you still get that feeling when you eat? I hope we don't experience this again it's scary. I thought it was a heart attack.. thank God it passed.

Sept 11.

When I'm full, I get a feeling of full. Depending on what it is I'm eating it seems to sit on my chest for a few mins (tuna) or just feels like a little pressure (yogurt) but it depends on what I've consumed.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
