Stepping Back To Shakes Only?

Has anyone gone back to liquids/shakes only, in an attempt to break a stall or pick up the speed of ur loss? If so, outcome?

My stats are below... last 6 weeks have been brutally slow and feel like I'm sitting still at a critical time. I am getting plenty of exercise and eating right, tons of Water, just wondering about shaking up (pun intended) my diet a little more.

Sent from my mobile productivity killer.

I'm still pre-op but I've wondered about that too. My doc sends you home on pureed meat---what if I can't tolerate it? Can I just do protein shake?

Pureed meats sound really gross to me! Yuck! I just sipped on my protein drink (Premier). Ate low fat light yogurt, sf jello, sf pudding. It will work out! CONGRATS! :)
