So my doc has told me to stay away from bread, but does that mean I can't have pancakes either? Whether they be protein pancakes, whole wheat pancakes, etc? I understand having carbs often aren't beneficial to weight loss but I do need to create a sense of normalcy (sp?) in my eating and routine for the rest of my life. Thanks!
