Nectar/syntrax

Those that drink nectar, do you drink it with milk or Water? Just curious! :-)

    Just water with the fruitier flavored, and almond, soy or 2% dairy milk with the vanilla, chocolate and cappuccino favors. Though I can do those with water as well. And I always add some Benefiber powder!

    I put it in my yogurt. I get the Kroger CarbMaster which has a lot of the same flavors as Syntrax Nectar. That's the only way I can get it down.

    Unsweetened almond milk here!

    My fav nectar flavor is the strawberry mousse! I like to blend it with real strawberries, almond milk and a few ice cubes - mmmmm!!
