Daily Caloric Intake

I'm 2 months out an consuming about 600-800 calories a day, and exercising. Roughly how many calories are people eating? Would love to hear from people who are at goal and maintaing weight as well.

I am 6months out eating between 800 and 1000 calories per day, averaging about 10lbs a month.

I am 5 lbs. from goal at 9 months. I went to doctor today and NUT told me to stay between 800-1,000 til I lose the 5 lbs. and then increase to 1,200 to maintain. I have never been able to get in over 900 per day and usually average around 800. I am actually more concerned with carbs, which she said to increase from 60g per day while still losing and increasing to 150g per day to maintain. I can't even get in over 30g for sure. I need to start eating more to maintain and not keep losing! Luv my sleeve at 9 months.

I am between 800 to 1200 calories a day. I am loosing about 8 to 10 pounds a month on average. I walk about every other day. Great question.

8 weeks out

850 calories

down over 50 lbs at my 7 week check-up

about 7-8 hours of exercise each week

600-800 a day, I work 6-7 days in a restaurant, try to workout 3-4 times a week, drink 8-12 cups water a day. No more than 30-40 carbs and fats a day, I try to stay between 20-30 of each. In a stall now, but lost 32 in two months.

I am three years out and was nearly at goal when I encountered major medical issue which resulted in my gaining back thirty pounds. I didn't change my eating habits, it was just a combination of the medical problems, inability to exercise, meds and hormones. I am now back fairly regulated, eating about 1350 calories a day and losing an average of 1.5 pounds per week.
