How r u doing? How r u feeling? Are you getting 64 ounces in? What kind of juice? I haven't tried juice as they push sugar free stuff and juice is fattening. Not sure I care at this point

Hey there again. Same as you, sleeved early am on the 12th. Overall, I have to say every day gets better than the day before.

I finally slept through the night yesterday so that was great. I'm down to 3 pain pills throughout the day. One right when I wake up, one later afternoon and one before bedtime. I am still weak and I still have this cramping when I try to drink. I can say I'm definitely not hitting the 64 ounces a day but I am working towards it. Probably about 40 ounces. I did start taking my multi Vitamin yesterday so maybe that has also helped with a little more energy. I'm also trying to do my breathing thing at least 4 times a day.

Are you walking at all?

I'm 5 days post op and struggling to get all my fluids in. Thank god for sugar free Popsicles.

I feel fine havent had any issues the more i walked the better i felt. ....the more natural the juice the better or mix in Water...the post op diet i recivied has apple pear or peach twice daily 4 to 6 oz

I doubt I'm getting my 64 oz in and its been real hard with my protein shakes to even get in 4 oz.

I am getting approx 45oz in....i am walking alot..taking my chewable vitamins..i am using unjury unflavored mixed with crystal light...8oz for eash meal..no pain meds since first night home...they really mess with my sleep.

Thanks everyone. It seems I'm a bit behind. Tomato Soup sounds good but i don't think I can have that just yet? Info have sf Popsicles- I wonder how many ounces those are. I know I can't eat 2 of them becuse I get too full.

I'm taking very short walks. Supposed to do 6-8 times daily. I probabaly average 4-5. I just did my third round. So I'll try to do 2-3 more before the night is up.

Thank you
