Sleeved 9/4 & Weight Loss....

I had to go to my obgyn today & weighed while there. I was expecting a gain due to anesthesia etc, but I'm down 14 lbs since starting my liquid diet 8/21!!! I started at 213, at hospital I was just over 208, now 199!!! ;-) happy dance!!!

that's awesome, keep up with the positive thoughts, i go on 9/19/12, can't wait ! On the liquid diet now and it's hard not to eat specially when I'm at work and they order all kinds of good food, i wish it was 9/19/12 already !!

Hi...I had the Lap Band removed & got the gastric sleeve on 9/6...I still have a lot of gas moving around...how do I know when I'm full?
