I know I can have sugar free popscicles , but can I have sugar free fudge popscicles ?

The research I have done says you can get away with it in Phase 2 after surgery. Thanks for the suggestion- fudge pops didn't even enter my mind! Let's see what others say regarding this. But I would think they are alright and a great suggestion for a nice treat!

I am able to have them now. I am on the pre op diet though. Don't know about the post op. I will have to ask my NUT. Oh!! they are not totally sugar free because they have milk in them. There is just so sugar added.

You can absolutely have them! They were my saving grace during the post surgery liquid diet stage. Made it feel like I was cheating when I wasn't.

I can't have anything with milk while I'm on clears. I can try milk on think liquids, but I hear alot of people become lactose-intolerant after surgery.

Fudgesicles are included in my stage 1 post op diet.
