Post Op And Flu

Hi all. Not sleeved yet but had a thought today as I suffered through a reaction to antibiotic for a bacterial infection. Anyways. When I have the flu I also drink sprite and eat soups or buttered noodles and crackers to help settle my stomach. I know after the sleeve those are no-nos. any of you get the flu weeks, months, years after sleeving? If so what did you eat/drink to help you?

Thanks

I currently am suffering from a terrible cold. My first sickness since being sleeved. My sleeve is very gurgley. Feels full of bubbles or something. I don't feel like eating much. I have been concentrating on getting my fluids and vitamins in. Not worrying about forcing the protein in while i am sick and the surgeon says thats fine and few days won't kill me. Also, my sleeve tolerates most foods. So chicken soup and low fat ritz crackers would sit fine.
