Sick Of It!

I am so sick of sleeping on the couch... Feeling uncomfortable... Feeling pain in my stomach.... Being lightheaded because of the Vicodin. I cannot stand that I don't feel myself right now. I want my energy back...I want my bed back :( too hard to sleep on my sides and too hard to sleep on my back so I sleep upright on the stupid couch! I'm over this already.

  • My wife made me a little embankment with pillows in bed. It was awesome. Totally supported my from all sides. Slept and relaxed there. Thanks Honey! (Yes, she reads the boards)

I had my surgery 6 days ago. I wish so bad I had a recliner. That sounds like heaven right now compared to this couch lol. I pray we all get a good nights sleep.

Hang in there, it will get easier. I had open heart surgery and spent the next 4 months in a recliner. For some reason every time I laid down it felt like I was chocking because of the pressure. But it did pass after my chest muscles healed. You to will heal and it will get better. I know you still hurt but look on the bright side. No changing or washing bed sheets for a while. :)

I haven't had any Tylenol since 6am and no Vicodin since yesterday afternoon and my lightheadedness and dizziness has disappeared. Really hoping that is was what causing it! and I'm not in that much pain or discomfort today :)

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I know you are going to do great and be so happy with your new life.
