Dang Stall

I'm 4 weeks out and I have hit a stall. I know it happend to most of us, but I'm just wondering how long it will last? If you hit a stall how long did it last before the scale started dropping again?

It all varies. 1 week out I stalled three weeks... It sucked but 3lbs down this week so you never know when just keep an eye on calories etc.

I'll be 4 weeks on Thursday and the scale has not moved in the last 7 days! :(. I'm hoping it kicks in again! Good luck to you!....I keep telling

my longest stall thus far: 12 weeks.....just came out of it last week. I'm at 8 months out; stall occured in my 4th month.
