  • Wow... Sushi is one of my faves but I like the rolls versus sashimi... I am lucky to get 3 pieces of a roll down now though.... LOL Prior to surgery I could eat 2-3 whole rolls!! Love me some

  • I love sushi but since surgery rice is not my friend. My sushi place by my house does the rolls wrapped in cucumber . Delish

  • Sushi goes down pretty good for me as well, I ate half (4 slices) of a california roll made with brown rice last weekend, it was the best ever.....I just make sure I workout on the days I plan to eat

I told my sushi waiter I was on a low carb diet and requested the mixed crab filling from my favorite roll and they served it to me in a bowl with a bit of spicy tuna on top. It was awesome and one serving was 3-4 meals. I've been twice this week but need to watch the salt intake from the soy sauce.

Any issue digesting the seaweed wrapper? Im so missing sushi and rolls....id run out now and buy them if i knew i could cheww and swallow that

no issue at all.. I can't shove the whole piece in my mouth so I just cut each roll in half and bombs away!!! LOVE IT!!!!
