  • I cut it with water. But I actually am one of the rare ones that like it! Alpine punch is my fav!

I have found that if you mix it half and half with something else it fine. I sip on half Isopure (I like the berry flavor) and half diet pink lemonade over ice all day and it doesn't taste icky to me at all.

Cut it with Water. Although, since I left the liquid phase my isopure has been sitting in the fridge, untouched. Too many other things I actually like to be bothered with the isopure that I can barely stand. Yuck!

I, like 612belly, actually like the ISOPURE zero. Perhaps you're drinking the wrong flavor? Tonight I tried green tea. Not bad. A little more drying than the others (if you can believe that) but they're good over ice. just not the green apple melon one. YUCK.

I have heard to mix them with like 32 oz of water and a similar flavor of Crystal Light. I tried and after three days had choked down one bottle. I know people say they like them but I just cannot do it.
