Your doctor should have put it on your discharge stuff.

For me I started a Multivitamin day home, sublingual B12 and D.

At my 1 month I started Calcium daily.

i feel okay with a mild pain as long as i keep up with my pain killer every 3hrs ....it really hurts when i get up cuz of the drain mu back and chest hurt as well...... getting up and sitting down is really hard n pretty painful...
