There are many things dry eyes can so dehydration can. Also hormone changes can and after surgery you will have many changes due to your body catching up with loss of fat and estrogen.

Dehydration can cause dry eyes which, yes, can cause blurred vision. But likely you would have other symptoms as well....dry mouth, dry wrinkly skin, dark yellow urine, possibly cramps (I get them in my calves at night).

If your eyes are watery, then it's possibly something else.

But at one week post op, it can never hurt to drink more Water, if you can.
