Hi, I have the same problem

we are not staying enough under the sun.

I am taking the vitamins D pills

My vitamin D is low too. I am just taking vitamin D Chewables, I hope thats enough. Thats all my Dr. told me to do. I honestly dont know how that happened... all i drink is milk and water! LOTS of milk!

I was told that vitamin D is coming from sun so if you are not being outside you will have it low.

I take D already (I'm pre-op) as I live in the pacific northwest and we get very little sun thought the year. It made a HUGE difference in my energy levels. Have you been feeling lethargic? If so that could be why.
