When Did U Feel 100%

Four weeks out and just started solid foods, although I haven't really tried anything because I don't feel ready I still feel put of it. I still get horrible reflux and I had strep throat and its still hurting me. Sometimes I get my water and sometimes I don't, I feel like I'm struggling and I wanna know when the hiccups will stop and the reflux is driving me crazy. Can't even eat two ounces without feeling stuffed. Help!
