Did You All Know About

Did you all know about possible gallbladder issues after having this surgery? Apparently when you have rapid weight loss... It can create gallbladder issues... Which I am having. I have to have two procedures in the hospital To determine If they are in fact going to remove my gallbladder... And I'm on another medication.

Would you still have the surgery if you knew you were going to have gallbladder problems?

I would still have it... But it sucks!

What is hcg?

Is there info on why this happens or what (if any) proactive steps can be taken to minimize the risk?

HCG is a hormone that is injecTed into your stomach, this along with a very low calorie diet helps you lose weight pretty fast, but we are talking 500 calorie diet onlu 4 Oz of protein per day and a very strict select foods you are allowed to eat. My surgeon just told us at our support group

That a few people have died because 4 Oz of protein a day is not enough.and you are very hungry while on hcg
