it is so nice to see some Calgary area people here! Did you both have your surgery through the Calgary program?

I'm in Calgary. I would love to keep a support network going for us Calgarians. Please check in regularly and update. Perhaps one day and meet and greet?

I don't know about a 'Calgary Program' that was mentioned by @kelliecalgary. I just did my own research, selected to go through A Lighter Me and pulled the trigger. What is 'the Calgary Program'?

I am pre-op, with surgery scheduled in Tijuana on August 24.

I'm from Calgary too! I'm going through A Lighter Me on Oct 19! A Calgary support group would be awesome!!

I'm getting released from the PLC today, surgery was Wednesday. Now that the gas is moving I am feeling so much better!! Good luck with your upcoming surgeries!! A Calgary support group would be so awesome!

I board the plane to San Diego tomorrow morning. Gastric sleeve surgery Sunday morning. It's been a blur, honestly. July 29 decision made, deposit paid. Less than a month and I'm having surgery.

No time to panic. Oh, except I have not packed yet!

:)

Hope everything went well with your surgery and you are resting in recovery now!

Hi ladies: I am also from Calgary. Having my surgery on Oct. 6th in Tiquana. I would like to be part of a support group here. Please include me. Joan

I'm having my surgery Oct 5th!! 41 days away!

Hi. Out of hospital now and resting at hotel. my experience at Mi Doctor hospital was mostly good. he staff and doctors are terrific. I am not in pain or discomfort.

on the road to recovery. no scale, so I don't know my current weight. I'll know soon enough, though.

My diet is Water, broth, gatorade, Jello, popsicles. Until I get home on Friday. No Protein before then.

good luck to everyone.

Hey everyone. Hope you are all recovered! We (my husband and I) booked our flights today but I'm wondering how far the Marriott is from Mi Hospital? I don't think my hubs will be happy staying in the hospital with me but I do want him close.
