  1. I'm 6 weeks post op and find that things taste different also
  2. Oh boy, rice and tortilla definately not a good choice. Those should be months down the road.
  3. I'm 4 week post op and it was the same for me. I tried cold,warm and hot water and still pain so I stopped drinking reg water. I was able to drink vitamin water. I tried again 2 days ago and no more pain
  4. With a leak you usually have severe stomach pain.
  5. Mine lasted about a week. It was awful. I switch between hot water bottle and bag of peas. Gas x strips also helped a little.

  8. I'm now 8 days post op and it takes me all day to get a water bottle size of protein shake in. The gas pain stated getting better about day 5-6. And I had my first bm day 6 and has since turned into diarrhea. Here at my clinic were on clear fluids for the first 2 weeks.
  9. That is fantastic. I get to be on the looser bench next Wednesday.
