I use Isopure zero carb Dutch Chocolate or Cookies and Cream and them both taste yummy! 50grms of protein 2 scoops and 2 cups of Milk Plus altogether gives me my 72 grams of protein. This is the best protein I have found (I've tried alot) but I have to order it from Supplement

Warehouse.com but they are not too expensive and they give me a free shaker every time I order so Its the cheaper way for me.

Ok so it's good to use then cause I'm not losing any weight ad I'm 2 weeks out I drink it twice a day and thought it may be cause of that cause off the calories but it's really my only spice until tomorrow

300 calories a serving seems awful high to me. You can get ready-to-drink Muscle Milk "lite"....its only 100 calories in an 8 ounce serving (it comes in chocolate or vanilla), or ready-to-drink Muscle Milk "regular formula"...its 131 calories in an 8 ounce serving, or 180 in an 11 ounce bottle (the "regular" comes in more flavors...chocolate, vanilla, banana creme, cookies and cream, etc). You might try switching to one of the RTD varieties, to decrease the number of calories you take in, when you have a shake. Best of luck!

Well it's 130 cal if I use one scoop and I rather use two and drink it twice a day instead of 3 -4 times a day

As long as you Are replacing the food with

the muscle milk that is fine. If you are drinking 300 calories plus eating 1000 calories you might want to cut back.

Oh wow I can't remember. I honestly didn't count! I just tried to get in my protein and water. Probably 3-5 hundred. Besides protein shakes most of the other stuff I ate on full liquids was sugar free.

I'm on purée stuff now and I'm clueless they told me an egg maybe mash potatoes Cereal with milk but my belly is so full so quick

Tuna salad with a little mayo, egg salad, chicken salad, any kind of babyfood. Really you can eat anything you can blend and that agrees with your tummy. Nothing to drastic ofcourse!

There's a ton of sugar in MM too- that's why it tastes so good! ( what the guy at the nutrition store informed me)
