Hmmm, I never heard that before. I eat hot dogs all the time, but usually without a bun.

You can have a hot dog...I do them all the time...especially on no carb diets with the bun like the person above me

*without the bun rather

Hot dogs are fine...she probably wants you to stay away from processed stuff (which hot dogs are)

But I dont see anything wrong with you eating like tofu hot dogs or turkey franks (lower in fat)

Same sort of question from me - has anyone found a great high quality nice protein dog? I would love a hot dog!

Look for something like kosher dogs or I believe Oscar Mayer has a healthy dog. All processed meats are relatively bad for us because of the preservatives (nitrites). Read your labels.

I always eat Oscar Mayer low fat beef.. THey have one that is really lo in cal.,fat, etc and all beef. THey are del. I won't be eating them for awhile I am still on full liquids. But one of these days....sigh

Mooney, ur suppose to be resting! I don't know how u get ur fluids down... I have to sip very slowly, I'm used to gulping...I tried the curry ck recipe n it's soooo delicious..

I attended that class around the time the two of you were being sleeved, I think July 5th....I do attend the monthly support group mtgs at Park Plaza...maybe our paths will cross there... :)

I tried tuna fish n it's hard to get down. But the dr told me it would take 4-6weeks for the swelling to go down.. Did I tell u they found a hernia?
