Full liquid for me. Make sure to water it down otherwise it's too thick.

I've been eating cream of wheat since week 3 - when I graduated to softs and mushies. I ate grilled shrimp last week at week 5. No issues to report :)

When I hit pureeds I was allow grits and cream of wheat...that was breakfast and lunch for weeks 3-4....now, not so much, because of the # of carbs...if I know my carbs will be low on a particular day I'll eat it for breakfast....carbs are not my friend
