Vitamin Help

I'm having my surgery Aug 2nd and I'm trying to have every thing ready before hand for what I will need after my surgery. I have every thing done but getting the vitamins I'm gonna need. Can every one tell me what vitamins I'm gonna need and if there's 1 vitamin I can take instead of a bunch? I'm already on 4 pills and really don't want to take many more. Please help.

Same here-- I take 2 Flintstone complete chewables a day & 4 Calcium Citrate chews a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening).

I am 3 weeks out and take quite a few but for the most part they are tiny capsules, liquid or sublingual. I take:

calcium citrate - liquid

Multivitamin - sublingual (I didn't like the gummies, after surgery my Vitamins turned into my breakfast! lol)

Biotin & silica - tiny capsule

I chew up a cherry gas-x with almost every meal and Protein shake or my tummy hurts =(

and my PPI

These are the ones my doc advised me to take so I'm taking his advice, the only thing I added was silica to the biotin to hopefully curtail the hair loss experience in the coming months lol Anything I can do to help!!!

Good luck on your journey!

Thanks everyone sounds like a plan.

What about iron? I was told I needed that, too. But it had to be taken when not taking the calcium.

The Flintstone Complete chewable has iron--my NUT said to use the chewable & not the gummy since the chewable has a higher level of iron. I take my chewables at lunch, at least 2 hours after my a.m. calcium and at least 2 hours before my evening calcium as per my NUT's instructions.
