Pistachios

Does anyone on here eat pistachios or peanuts?

Yes =) ... a little every once in a while, I'm 3+ months out...

Me, me, right here. In small portions. I cut 100 calorie pack of almonds, or I'll eat about 10 pistachios at a time. Im sure I could eat more, but I only allow myself that amount as nuts can be high calorie.

walnuts and pecans only have 4 carbs each and 2 fiber if you are following a low carb diet :wub: and that is for 1/4 cup!

Remember, you can boil nuts and make them so much softer - but be good to your intestines and don't make nuts or seeds what you transition on to solids with!

Almonds are a slider for me I love the toffee flavored almonds and can eat way too many
