yes, yes it can! :) I feel a bit like an alcoholic in a steel cage placed in a bar!!! :)

When that feeling happens, I drink water - take some deep breaths, and move on.....

I know it gets better with time.

Please don't eat that candy bar! If your like me, it would only trigger a language and fat filled frenzy.

That made no sense. I meant a sugar and fat filled frenzy! How did auto correct come up with language ?

When you have those chocolate/sugar cravings, it's not wrong to satisfy that craving. How about having a piece not a whole hunking bar, but a piece of dark chocolate? Or, maybe a couple carob chocolate chips? You didn't get to where you were before vsg by just eating a little piece of chocolate, you got there by eating ALL and more of the chocolate. Oh, and when I say 'you'...I mean 'me'.

One thing the sleeve is great for...you can have a piece, but you simply physically can't have it ALL, which is a very good thing. Additionally, it is likely if you did eat a whole candy bar, you would probably get sick and wouldn't do it again.

One Love.

A friend told me about chia pudding. It's basically taking Chia seeds (one of those super grains or something) and mixing it with liquid until it "gels". If you make it dense enough it becomes a pudding like consistency, then I mix it with an Atkins dark chocolate shake and go at it. It's a guilt free chocolate fix, tastes good and stabilizes your blood sugar.

I use Vanilla/Coconut soy milk as my liquid.

Hang tough. You can beat the cravings. You can do it! Stay strong.
