I was sleeved June 18th. I am down 24 lbs., 13 inches and walking 4 miles a day. Almost all pain gone, and I can sleep in any position I want now. Yea.

  • Hi. I was sleeved on 6/25 and so far I'm doing well. I just walked 4 miles this morning! Down 30 lbs so far! It would be great to keep this thread alive.... Best wishes to all

I had surgery on June 27th as well. Have lost 24.4 lbs as of this morning! My goal is to loose 100lbs so I'm already 1/4 of the way there. So excited to start real food next week though!

Surgery was 6/11, I will be 8 weeks post-op on Monday - down 47.4 lbs since surgery day as of this AM.

Lost 73.4 lbs total. :)

Everyone seems to be doing great, even for us "slow losers" we are losing a lot. :-)

How much are you down now?

I'm down 42 pounds. 12 pounds pre-op. I'm just floored at this. I have my 2nd post surgery follow-up with the doc on Tuesday. I'm hoping I graduate to real food!

I was sleeved on June 14. Down 43 lbs so far. Just got the OK to add veggies to the diet. I'm so happy to see something on my plate besides protein, protein, protein!!!

I was sleeved 6/25 and have been eating real food since 7/22 and I am doing pretty good. I eat mostly protein..I usually eat veggies in soups. I don't do the protein shakes very often because they make me sick. If I drink them it's mostly in the evening because it is easier then. I usually eat about every three hours. I have an egg w/cheese for breakfast or no cheese and a 35 calorie turkey sausage.

How much are you down now?

36 lbs since June 1.

36 lbs since June 1.

I really don't think that's slow, that's good! Congrats and keep up the good work :)

I am floored by everyone's weight loss! :D

I was sleeved on 6/4, so yesterday was officially 2 months. I have lost 52 lbs (including the 15 lbs lost on the two week pre-op torture diet) I am down 62 lbs from my highest weight, 272 and I am so glad I will never see that number on the scale again! I am down three sizes! I feel really great. Food is still a bit of a struggle, finding the right things to eat and the right quantities, but it gets better every day.

I was sleeved on the 23rd and I have lost 34 lbs so far - all post-op. I have been on soft foods for about two weeks. I am able to eat pretty much anything but sticking to protein and veggies. I am really excited for all of us!

Sleeved on June 25th. Down 34lbs since surgery! Love my sleeve. Need to get go to gym. Not too sure what I need to focus on...

Slowly losing but down 34lbs, since June 18th... Slow I say because I have 160lbs to lose, thought it would be falling off at first. I guess slow and steady wins the battle too.

I have been the same weight for several days now..I am not really sure why! I still have 98lbs to go and that seems like alot. I am trying to not get discouraged or upset because I know eventually it will move again! I was sleeved a week after you...my original date was June 18th but I had to move it back because of happening at work.

You have a slim pretty face...mine was big with a double chin...I am glad to see it going away!
