When I had my sleeve surgery I weighted 200 lbs. I now have coffee and my protein shake in the morning. For lunch I have greek yogurt or maybe some tuna and crackers. I eat refried beans a lot and fish chicken. I did eat a wendys cheeseburger without the bun yesterday and about 4 bites of a frostie. I do get full very fast. I think I need to get up and start moving I think that will help me because I'm loosing very slow. Maybe its age?? I'm 56. I'm not going to give up.

Hi Michelle, When did you have your surgery? I am also 56 yo and I avoid sugars like the plague. Yesterday I had some M&M Peanut Butter and I kept craving sugar. So I have to get back on track and eat Protein, protein, protein and veggies.

Are you able to get in your Water (64oz)? That helps flush your system out pretty good too. LilMissDiva has a Basic Bootcamp that she does and has shared it on this site that is fantastic to get us off our sugar habits and triggers more weight loss. :)
