  1. So how many of these seeds do you add to your shakes or yogurt?
  2. It took me about 4 weeks before I felt like myself. I took naps everyday. It just take time. Hang in there.
  3. I was sleeved 5-22-12 slow going here. Banded twice before I got my sleeve. Started at 200 just down this morning to 181. I think maybe because I'm older. Anyone else slow going.
  4. Thanks, I do my fitness pal and keep track of my intake. I do think it is better to do it slow at least that it what I tell myself.
  5. Wow I love this site. I didn't know anything about the acid in your stomach making you feel hungry. Some days I want to eat aomthing every 2 hours. I try to drink water. I have done cheese also. Guess ill stop that. What about gas-x? For stomach acid?
  6. I had my surgery on May 22.after 2 lapbands that failed. I just want to get this weight off so I can be healthy. How about you? When did you have your surgery and how have you been doing?
  7. When I had my sleeve surgery I weighted 200 lbs. I now have coffee and my protein shake in the morning. For lunch I have greek yogurt or maybe some tuna and crackers. I eat refried beans a lot and fish chicken. I did eat a wendys cheeseburger without the bun yesterday and about 4 bites of a frostie. I do get full very fast. I think I need to get up and start moving I think that will help me because I'm loosing very slow. Maybe its age?? I'm 56. I'm not going to give up.
  8. Slow.. it took me until the 4th week to start feeling better.
  9. Okay well I was banded twice. The first time a leak. The second time a kneek in the line. Found a new Dr. To do my sleeve. My 2 hour surgery turned into a 5 hr surgery. Slow recovery. Feeling a whole lot better. I started out at 225 on my first band. When I got my sleeve I weighed 200. I'm down only 20 lbs. Really going slow. Had my sleeve done May 22,12. I need to start walking maybe that would help. I'm so glad I found this sight. I think it will help me.
  10. I had my sleeve on May 22,2012.
