Help, I Think I Hurt Myself

I'm three weeks out and I think I pulled or stretched something!

I am feeling really good and was moving furniture around today. Now I am having a very weird pain in my stomach radiating around to my back.

Any thoughts or words of wisdom?

Yep - that's the classic symptom of overdoing it while your body is still healing. I had that exact pain last week after I picked my daughter up a few too many times. Take it easy for a few days and it will go away.

Gosh! My surgeon wouldn't let us pick up anything over 10 lbs for at least 8 weeks. If the pain doesn't go away, then maybe you could go to the urgent care or ER. It could be something serious like a leak. :) Have a wonderful guy move all the heavy stuff. :)

Thanks you guys!

I'm gonna take it easy. If I feel worse, I'll go hit the urgent care clinic. If I feel the same on Monday, I'll call my doctor. Best of Both sets of advice!
