"you Look Tired"

I got asked today if I was feeling ok, I said yes, why? And the response was you look really tired and pale. :( I was really hoping for people to notice weight loss not to think I'm sick. But I do notice I DO look tired :(

I'm not sure what or if there is anything I can do, maybe I just needed to talk about it. *sigh*

I would ask how far out you are, and also have you had blood tests done yet to test all your levels of all those vitamins and minerals our body needs....You may need more supplementation, or maybe you had surgery recently and really have not fully recovered yet?

I had surgery May 15th... I haven't had any blood work done. I'm not sure when I'm suppose to do that.

I think you should have blood work done right before the two month appt, which is coming up for you. I would call and schedule it, I had to have mine done before the appt so they could go over the results before I came in. Best of luck to you.

Ok I'm going to call my drs office and set that up. I take two multi vitamins and calcium but perhaps I'm low in something else. I have had problems with low potassium before surgery. Thank you both so much for the help!

Do you FEEL tired? I guess thats the important thing. If youre feeling tired maybe they'll want to up your vitamins or something. Good luck :)

I'm glad you are calling your doctor. You should not be looking and feeling so tired!!!

Yep, and I would add, vitamins and water! Be sure you're hydrated--when I don't get enough water, my skin gets all icky and I get circles under my eyes. Water= energy for me.
