Rice Crispy?

Does anyone think at 3 weeks and 5 days I can enjoy some rice crispy with 2% milk n some splenda

what level of diet progression are you at?

i personally wouldn't yet, but maybe i'm being overly conservative. it also depends on what you dr. advises, so that's why i'm asking on diet progression that he or she has prescribed.

I had a half cup of those with vanilla almond milk at 6 weeks. I'm not sure how your healing stomach will tolerate that at 3 weeks though.

Can you eat them? Probably. Is that a great food choice? Not so much. At less than a month out, you can eat so little that it's generally best to focus on your protein and keep your carbs low.
