Urghhhh

Ok when ppl said the first month after surgery is the hardest part I def. Agree it sucks so bad watching everyone around you eat and not to mention its so hard to get all your fluids in and I'm so sick of jello and the thought of broth makes me nauseous sry I'm just venting I hope this time flys by :-(

You are absolutely right! It is well worth it though! ;)

That's how I feel with my pre-op diet! i have 5 more days and I would chew my own arm off if I didn't think it had too many carbs! Keep your eye on the prize!!!

At least with the pre op u got actual food lol but it will be here soon enough I just started the purae faze today

I'm 3..5 months out and it does get better... but a word to the wise take it easy when you start eating, slow and steady is the best way. Low carb will really help with the weight loss. Less dense meat will go down easier. Good Luck!
