consider yourself lucky - i never drank a whole bunch like the 64 oz. you're supposed to.

so drinking all that liquid is great. It will keep you hydrated, and will help in your weight loss journey too.

I came out drinking just fine. I have no issues getting all my water in whatsoever. But one day, I ate two Popsicles, and boy I felt it. Now that I've started mushy food- oh, restriction is there. But water is no issue. Be grateful
