My Vitamins Are Making Me Sick

I am 1 week out from my Surgery and my Multivitamin (Centrum) is making me sick. Every time I take it I throw up does anyone have any suggestions

    I also had that problem. I had to change over to gummy vitamins, per my surgeon it is not a problem.

My Dr. ordered me to take Flintstone chewables or gummies for the first 2 months.

Thank you I should of asked them this morning at my appointment but yesterday was the first time I took them and today I took them after my appointment and got sick again!!!

I take liquid Reviva, it is from Costco. I was taking the bariatric advantage chewables, but they started to make me sick. I really like the liquid ones I'm taking now.

You should take any vitamin containing iron after you eat. That's a bit tougher when you're on liquids. Good luck!

I have to crush my chewables and put them in my protein shake.
