Today I honestly questioned if I have some type of undiagnosed mental condition. I've been paranoid all day to the point of tears. I woke up thinking OMG I hope I don't have blood clots in my legs. I felt like I couldn't breathe. My body was tired. I thought maybe I was drinking to much. I sucked down a warm 12 ounce cup of decaf lemon green tea with no problem. Of course it gave me the "RUNS" (TMI) but my sleeve tolerated it and didn't fill up. I was worried half the day I had broken my sleeve. I also felt dehydrated.
When I wasn't going through my psychosis I was sleeping. SMDH I made myself get out of the house and the fresh air helped to clear my head. I went to GNC and Target. I pushed myself to get out of the car. My body didn't want to do it. In Target I was sweating profusely and winded. My youngest son was with me and was very good with asking me if I was okay, By the time we got home I felt so much better.
I truly believe we need to get out of the house after sugery. I walked my first and second day post op but hadn't been back out. It's so important to try to normalize your life after sugery or you just might go crazy!
