My pre-op diet is two shakes, and a 300 calories dinner for a week, then all shakes for a week. I am on day 5 of the first week, and I kind of over ate at dinner. It was healthy; pork tenderloin chops, boiled squash, and sauteed mushrooms. I just had a bit too much because it was so good. No sweets or major carbs (aka bread), but too big of portions. Have I screwed everything up?
