Goodbye Dreaded Stall!

I FINALLY broke my 2 week stall!! I have been stuck at 160 for what seems like forever- 2 weeks..LOL

This morning the scale said 158.5!!

Slowly but Surely wins the race and I am a WINNER :)

    I am right there with you! I was stuck for almost a month between 164 and 166, This week a started with protein shakes as meal replacements and no snacking,carbs, or sugars. and in a lil over a week was able to get down to 161.2 as of this morning. I still have 2 more days of this. Then giving myself a break over the weekend and pick it back up on monday! I am determined to get to my goal! hehe
