Incisions

One of my incisions is bleeding a little bit. I think I may have bumped it when I was doing laundy. Have anyone else had this happen? Should I be concerned? I feel the occasional sting from the incision but that's about it.

If there are no other symptoms and the bleeding is minimal, I'd probably put a band aid on it for tonight and call the doctor's office tomorrow. As long as it's not red, swollen, oozing pus, hot to the touch and you don't have a fever, you're probably okay. It it's doing any of the above, I'd call tonight.

The incision where the drain tube was took the longest to heal. It was oozing pus and hurting, so I started cleaning it with half peroxide and water and kept a clean band aid on it.

Thanks ladies. Thankfully there's nothing oozing but Im planning to call the doc in the morning.

Hello everyone, today is my 4 week sleeve anniversary and I weighed in at 235.7, dropped 35lbs. I am so very happy that I made this decision. It's days like this that out weighs that little voice I hear sometimes telling me that I would never be able to eat like others, but that's fine because I'm not like others, but soon I will be looking like others! April sleevers rock!!!!
