Omg

I just had my daughter take my "before" pics.... omg I can't believe I let it get this bad.... denial is a terrible thing.

I can't wait until Monday to start my journey!!!

    I took mine right before surgery too and was so shocked. What I saw in the mirror and what the camera saw were two different people. I'm so glad I did this and you will be too. Best of luck on Mond

I couldn't take before pictures, I just couldn't. I know I'll regret it, but the shame was too powerful.

Take the pictures! I did..one month out..omg..there is a difference...take all your measurement..butt ...thigh..arms..waist...neck...I did...hated the numbers...BUT 1 month out I had dropped 11.5 inches off my entire body

..if I hadn't I honestly wouldn't have known. In my mind..I was the same...I am obviously not the same!!!!!

That was one of the hardest things for me to do- that and my video blog :( made me do sad to see myself like that - hang in there!
