Hello everyone my name is Brooke. I'm new to this site. I am pre op just started my 6 month diet with the NUT. I'm excited to be here :)

    Welcome Brooke! Jump in a get involved. There are so many nice people on here and more helpful information than I could have ever imagined. So if you have questions toss them out there and someone will help. If you're feeling low, feeling scared, someone has probably already been there and can help. Just make sure you use a good title like you did here so people will know what you need. Again, welcome.
