I felt the same way, but just kept up the walking anyway and it got better little by little...it will take a few days for it to work itself out.

Can you ask for a heating pad? That helped me with the gas after lapband surgery. I hope it subsides soon.

Gas x wont do a thing outside your organs. surgical gas(is not that "kind of gas") its used to expand your abdomen not put inside. I know it sucks but ask for more pain killers(I had 3 ivs of them i was in so much pain )and keep walking

Try rolling from side to side in ur bed, then get on ur hands and knees a gently press ur tummy on ur thighs. Might expell from both ends, so clear the room....hour this helps...worked for me

The nurse told me to sleep on my side and that would help. It hurt to walk until yesterday. The bubble that was bothering me finally decipated. It will get better, I promise.
